A, quality management
Implementing zero defect management concept, we consider service as the premise, quality and efficiency as fundamental and customer satisfaction as the goal.
Quality management operation rule is controls and inspection as follow:
1, control: mainly about materials, employees, equipments, processing technology. Strict controls can reduce mistakes.
2, Inspection:
1) drawings for each order will attach detailed process flow sheet, process flow sheet indicating the process flow and processing method;
2) the machine operators of each working procedure after processing need to sign their name on the process accordingly and write down the processing time, after each processing procedure, operators need to test it again, firstly sent to IPQC room for inspection, when confirmed after inspection OK flow to the next procedure;<: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden;">3) bulk orders in the production process quality control, an operater once every 10 minutes need to test, technical leader in workshop needs to inspect every 20 minutes, QC once every 30 minutes to inspect; 
4) before the shipment inspection, QC to check every working procedure including chamfering, heat treatment, hardness, surface treatment, polishing, engraving, etc., and record each dimension test results, completes the inspection report and the archive, to ensure the quality of the shipment 100% OK;

1. We strive for perfection. We will meet the recommendations and requirements of the customers, and customer complaints about all the issues can be addressed in a timely manner.
